We have an exciting and career enhancing opportunity for someone to join our HR and Training departments. The role is offered as an 18-month Fixed Term Apprenticeship. Within this role you will have the opportunity to build your career with us whilst achieving your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. You don’t require any experience as we will offer support and guidance, all we ask is that you are keen to learn and take this opportunity to build your career with us and achieve great things!

Hours : 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday 9am-4.30pm ( This consists of 1 day studying and 4 days working from the office.)
Salary :£22,010.56 per annum
Location : The Treehouse, Merritown Lane , Hurn , BH23 6BA
What You’ll Do :
- Build professional working relationships with our amazing colleagues
- Respond to employee queries or escalate queries accordingly
- Responsible for sending CV’s to the relevant hiring manager and book interviews in for applicants
- Complete onboarding paperwork for our new starters
- Carry out training administration and ensure our employees training is up to date and compliant
- Have a clear understanding of safeguarding and the part it plays in your role
