Job Description :

As a School Contracts Manager at Happicabs, you will be responsible for identifying, bidding on, and securing school transportation contracts within Essex County Council, London Councils, and Thurrock. You will play a crucial role in growing our business and ensuring that we provide exceptional service to schools and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential school transportation contracts and opportunities within Essex County Council, London Councils, and Thurrock.
  • Prepare and submit competitive tender bids to secure new school contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with council representatives and school administrators.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with contract requirements and service standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of awarded contracts to ensure client satisfaction and contract renewal.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in school transportation services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience or equivalent in tender bidding and contract management, particularly in the school transportation sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the bidding process within Essex County Council, London Councils, and Thurrock.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the designated areas.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
