Join us as an Energy Coordinator at Thirteen Group!

Role Overview:

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for an Energy Coordinator tojoin our Energy team based out of Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. Manage and optimise the our energy use by implementing efficiency projects, coordinating smart meter deployments, and validating utility invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and analyse issues raised by utility suppliers, property managers, or internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, address supplier queries, and support sustainability initiatives to reduce energy costs and environmental impact.
• Develop and implement solutions to address metering or billing issues promptly.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices.
• Generate reports summarising complaint trends, resolutions, and areas for improvement.

About You:

• Possess a strong drive and passion for improving Thirteen’s environmental impact, with demonstrable knowledge of environmental impacts and the broader climate change agenda.
• Experienced in delivery of excellent customer service skills in a front-line role.

• Ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders, customers, and colleagues to get the best outcomes for the business and its customers.
• Attention to detail, thoroughness in reviewing energy data, conducting audits, and performing quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
• Project management skills able to organise and prioritise workload.
