We are currently recruiting for dynamic sales and customer service motivated team members to become our Annual Pass Sales Hosts for the summer!

We are seeking professional, outgoing, friendly team members who have strong communication skills to assist with growing the Annual Pass Holder community at Crealy Theme Park.

As an Annual Pass Sales Host, you will be expected to answer any questions and queries our guests will have regarding becoming Annual Pass and/or the Theme Park and liaise with other departments to ensure the right information is given.

You will also assist and interact with guests ensuring a smooth, memorable experience when they enter and exit the Theme Park. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be given but a passion for customer service and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must.

Responsibilities

• Work in a small sales team helping theme park guests convert from day visitors to annual pass holders.

• Communicate accurate information to guests regarding the Theme Park, prices and Annual Pass details in a timely manner to achieve set sales targets.

• To be professional at all times and to operate with integrity ensuring all ways of working, brand standards and policies are fully understood and adhered to.

• Deliver excellent customer service, including the guest journey and Annual Pass experience, ensuring value for money and Annual Pass retention is maximised.

• Self-motivated team player, committed to demonstrating a positive attitude.

• To be flexible to work a variety of shifts to accommodate the business requirements.

This role is flexible but mainly part time in off peak periods but can be full time during holiday period (higher in peak times and less during off peak times). This role will include weekends and bank holidays as required.
