Permanent, full time; part time hours will be considered

Our clients Bells Solicitors is a well-established business offering legal support for individuals, businesses and property matters. Their thriving and forward-looking practice of solicitors provides a high-quality service including wills, trusts, probate, powers of attorney and conveyancing assistance.

They are now looking for an efficient and accommodating Private Client Fee Earner to join their busy team based in Romsey, Hampshire. The successful candidate will quickly learn to establish rapport with clients whilst providing an outstanding customer service in keeping with the ethos of the firm.

Private Client Fee Earner, responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients to gather relevant information and understand their estate planning needs
• Preparing and drafting a wide range of legal documents (wills, trusts and powers of attorney)
• Managing and developing own caseload
• Maintaining high level of professionalism throughout your work

Private Client Fee Earner, the perfect person:

• A robust background in Wills drafting and estate planning
• Experience of advising and completing Power of Attorney
• STEP accredited or working towards would be beneficial
• Self-motivated, resourceful and task driven, working well under pressure and to the strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and influential individual who enjoys working with people
