Job Responsibility:

Post holders will ideally have completed the Family Nurse Partnership training previously and you will have knowledge of the current public health agenda, in particular the Healthy Child Programme. With sound knowledge and significant experience of safeguarding practice and meet the requirements of the person specification.Post holders will be required to develop high-level generalist and specialist skills to work within the clinical methods of the structured programme. You may be expected to attend updates with the FNP National Unit. Please note there is a considerable amount of travel involved, including visiting families anywhere that they may move within West Sussex, attending meetings across the county and nationwide learning events.Interviews will be held on 3rd July 2024 and young parents will be included on the interview panel.
