What you'll do As the Savings Product Manager you will take the lead in managing the Savings portfolio, ensuring fair customer outcomes, operational and conduct risk management, and regulatory compliance. You will proactively scan the market to identify potential opportunities and risks for the product, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to develop and implement effective strategies. Additionally, you will oversee the governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating operational and conduct risk approaches, and conducting overall governance for the savings portfolio. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in delivering business objectives, maximising the performance of the savings business through effective stakeholder management, product lifecycle management, and optimising the product portfolio based on the approved strategy. Your extensive financial services experience, analytical skills, commercial acumen, and exceptional relationship management and communication skills will be instrumental in driving the success of the savings product portfolio. Who you are You are an experienced professional within the banking industry, equipped with a depth of commercial end-to-end product management expertise and extensive knowledge in one or more banking products domain (Savings ideal but not essential). With a deep understanding of the financial environment and strong analytical skills, you possess the ability to think logically and make data-driven decisions. Your commercial acumen and financial understanding, enable you to create value and optimise the product portfolio based on approved strategies. With a customer-centric approach, exceptional relationship management skills, and innovative problem-solving abilities, you excel in developing compelling and profitable customer propositions.
