What you will be doing This role is responsible for the integrated workstream delivery and where appropriate, the end to end process design, to contribute to the successful delivery of the overall programme. You will understand in detail the full programme workstream framework and associated plans, how they interlock and affect each other, both in theory and BAU (To-Be) operations. You will understand where appropriate, systems infrastructure from differing hardware and software perspectives and be able to simplify and communicate the interactions of data and orders through the respective systems (SAP, Manhattan, Knapp, 3rd Parties etc), and apply this to the design and delivery of core Operational Processes. What your background should look like We would value the following attributes:

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of complex systems and integrations with specific focus on automation, warehouse management systems, ERP systems, Carrier systems and logical business processes and their respective relationships and interations.
• Relevant project management or PMO experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse & transport processes (within a Pharmaceutical Wholesale environment desirable).
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies.
• Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations
• Team player with a great ‘can do' attitude.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical sector or within wholesale organisations desirable
• PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner, or equivalently qualified in similar project management methodologies
• Prior experience within Logistics/Distribution environments
