Job Responsibility:

Over the past four years Kiln has gone from strength to strength and we are looking for enthusiastic and hard working people with a passion for hospitality to join our team and be a part of a successful and exciting cafe, restaurant and bar in the Ouseburn.

Cash handling experience (preferred but not essential)

As part of the Front of house team you will be expected to be part of the customer experience from start to finish. This will include tasks such as meeting and greeting customers, taking orders and serving food and drink, optimising the customer's experiences by recommending items on the menu and assisting with their needs, following all company standards.

How do you get the job?

You'll be given a trial shift where you will demonstrate your skills while being casually interviewed during your trial.

Do your homework, know where we are, what we are, & who we are. Turn up with a copy of your passport, bank details, current address & telephone, and be available to start within 1 week. If you don't bring these to your trial shift you will not be given a trial.

Be 5 minutes early, and familiarise yourself with the working environment.

Be courteous & kind, come ready to work with a full stomach so you have plenty of energy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
