About this role:

The Telephone Retention Administrator plays an important role within the team, primarily responsible for the processing of restaurant churn whilst also supporting other operational tasks required.

A large part of this role is to connect with other stakeholders across the business when reviewing churn requests and ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner. Ideally suited to someone who is methodical and enjoys working within a fast-paced company.

The role is 12-month FTC.

• Managing and maintaining the churn inbox through swift resolution of tickets
• Ensure our partners are satisfied and continue to successfully trade with us
• Achieve clear KPI targets
• Identify short, medium and long term solutions in order to minimise ongoing levels of restaurant churn
