Job Responsibility:
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for oversight of data management within the client reporting function
- Monitor the performance of the offshore teams using daily and monthly Management Information, attend regular governance meetings with offshore partners to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement
- Evaluate risks and controls, developing robust procedures to ensure a strong governance framework for all clients
- Actively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the client reporting function, ensuring the full utilisation of available technology to drive efficiencies with a view to enhancing service delivery and client delivery
- Diligently support client change implementation including planning and cost for delivery
- Support strategic initiatives aimed at transforming and improving client reporting operations, working with regional partners to ensure a unified approach
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with a thorough knowledge of Client or Performance reporting requirements and a sound understanding of ESG reporting requirements
- Previous experience of managing client reporting teams is essential, and collaborating with global teams / partners
- Experience of developing and delivering on Client Reporting initiatives and driving efficiency
- Experience of the Vermilion platforms is preferential
