As a Reservations Manager you will support our Head of Reservations in managing our reservations and communications team, with a strong focus on team development. You will manage a large team of reservations executives and supervisors to process all booking enquiries including rooms, restaurants, spa and itineraries. In conjunction with a revenue management system, you'll be involved in the revenue and yield strategy of the property to maximise room revenue in addition to managing projects as set by our Head of Reservations.

Who we are looking for

• A team orientated, positive, driven, organised and solution focused leader.
• Ideally, at least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury Reservations team.
• Experience using Opera, Book for Time, Seven Rooms and a CRM system is highly desirable.
• Experience in maximising revenues through effective booking and room utilisation.
• Detail focused with experience in reporting and data analysis.
• Confident in working with luxury hotels or private members clubs.
