360 operator
Groundworker
All must have Deep drainage experienced.

Job Summary:RMF Resource Solutions are seeking a dedicated Civil Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various civil construction projects. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
Duties:- Manage and supervise civil construction projects from start to finish- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project completion within budget and schedule- Inspect project sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy in project execution- Monitor and report on project progress, including milestones and any issues that may arise- Collaborate with stakeholders to address any concerns or modifications needed during the construction process
Requirements:- Proven experience in managing and supervising civil construction projects- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools related to civil engineering- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately- Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail- Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting and working in various conditions- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
