Must have strong Excel experience. Duties:

• Moving large amounts of asset data from a register onto a new system
• Identifying incorrect data
• Assisting the asset manager- some training and guidance provided

Selection Criteria:

• Competent at data interpretation and entry. This will be from spreadsheets, MS Word docs and PDF into a CAFM system (Planon)
• Ability to autonomously manage tasks / workload to meet deadlines.
• Ability to interpret basic machinery/plant asset data and understand its relevance to Asset Management and Maintenance activities.
