We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated couples to join our team as Seasonal Front of House Staff at the Loch Rannoch Hotel. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar and restaurant, while providing guests with warm hospitality and outstanding service.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Service:**

- Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

- Build rapport with guests and ensure their needs are met throughout their dining experience.

- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

2. **Teamwork:**

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive work environment.

- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate and resolve any issues.

- Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a cohesive team atmosphere.

3. **Hygiene and Safety:**

- Follow all health and safety protocols and adhere to food hygiene regulations.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the hotel.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
