About you
You'll have worked in a similar role, be self-motivated with a strong background in construction management.
Your day to day will include overseeing the planning, execution and successful completing of cladding projects.
You'll have excellent leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.
This is a pivotal role in ensuring our projects are delivers on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities include
Project Management:
- Overseeing all phases of cladding projects from inception to completion.
- Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Contracts Management:
- Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and industry standards.
Team Leadership:
- Leading and mentoring project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Allocating resources efficiently to optimize project outcomes.
Quality Control:
- Implementing rigorous quality control processes to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Addressing and resolving any quality issues promptly.
Client Relations:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, positive relationships.
- Addressing client concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Health and Safety:
- Promoting a strong health and safety culture within the project team.
- Ensuring all site activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation measures.
