About you

You'll have worked in a similar role, be self-motivated with a strong background in construction management.

Your day to day will include overseeing the planning, execution and successful completing of cladding projects.

You'll have excellent leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.

This is a pivotal role in ensuring our projects are delivers on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities include

Project Management:

• Overseeing all phases of cladding projects from inception to completion.
• Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Contracts Management:

• Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and industry standards.

Team Leadership:

• Leading and mentoring project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Allocating resources efficiently to optimize project outcomes.

Quality Control:

• Implementing rigorous quality control processes to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Addressing and resolving any quality issues promptly.

Client Relations:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, positive relationships.
• Addressing client concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Health and Safety:

• Promoting a strong health and safety culture within the project team.
• Ensuring all site activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation measures.
