Join our team as a Staff Member and be a vital part of our dynamic Thai restaurant environment. As a Staff Member, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Duties:
- Prepare food following established recipes and food safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders through ePos Now and delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, UberEats, JustEat and Hungry Panda, preparing food, and addressing customer inquiries
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
- Help with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Experience:
- Prior experience in a Thai restaurant or Thai culinary environment is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
