Vacancy ID: 16662 A central Oxford University department are seeking a highly organised and proactive Organisational Development Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of their staff development initiatives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Duties: - Administer all staff development courses, including scheduling, liaising with suppliers, sending invitations, coordinating materials, publicising courses, and collecting feedback to identify improvements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all staff queries related to our development offerings.
- Oversee the annual Professional Development Review (PDR) process by providing guidance on procedures and timelines, recording outcomes, and compiling insights to shape future initiatives.
- Contribute to the improvement of our HROD intranet content through research, updates, page design, and response rate monitoring.
- Promote and support our apprenticeship scheme by managing initial enquiries, organising information sessions with training providers, and aligning schemes with workforce planning needs.
- Maintain records for our coaching scheme, process session requests and reviews, monitor participation, and prepare reports on impact and outcomes.
Selection Criteria: - Confident and adept at communicating with colleagues at all levels to gain buy-in and promote our OD initiatives.
- Excellent attention to detail and a highly structured approach to tasks and projects.
- Strong written communication, proof-reading, and copywriting skills with a creative flair.
- Self-starter with the ability to use initiative, learn quickly, and think forward.
- Solution-focused, able to problem solve, and complete projects with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with Power Automate experience being a bonus.
