The role

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the project team, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and successful project delivery.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinate and schedule project activities, resources, and equipment
  • Ensure projects are executed according to agreed timelines and budgets
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project risks
  • Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, Account managers and other stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the project team
  • Perform other project-related duties as assigned

Requirements

About you

  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of construction industry and project management principles
