This is an administration role within the Quilter Cheviot Operations Department based in London to assist with the completion of daily & monthly client asset reconciliations (both cash and stock). While industry experience is an advantage, it is not an absolute requirement as on-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate. The successful candidate will balance priorities to meet agreed deadlines for individual work and teamwork. About the Role The successful candidate will be required to complete client money and stock reconciliations to daily and monthly requirements. You will liaise with and assist other CASS Team members with reconciliations and query resolution. There is a need to liaise with other Operational Departments to identify and resolve queries. You will also be required to maintain internal records of exceptions and break resolution. Familiarity with the FCA's Client Asset rules (CASS) and their application within an investment management business is an advantage but not essential. It would be expected that after 90 days within the role that you would be able to perform the basic cash and stock reconciliations independently. With continued on-the-job training, the successful candidate could progress to the more complex reconciliations that need to be performed.
