Your New Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Contract Services Administrator to join our Group shared services team in Liverpool. This role offers Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the Matchworks office, Liverpool.
Reporting to the Senior Contract Services Manager/Contract Services Manager within Group Shared Services (GSS), this role will be responsible for the compliance of onboarding of Subcontractors across all of Amey's entities. Partnering with our internal and external stakeholders, you will establish solid working relationships, with a prime focus on delivering efficient and effective service, providing guidance on process and correct procedures.
On top of this, you will also be responsible for ensuring all contractual and commercial administration records are maintained to ensure the recovery of contractual entitlement, compliance with all governance, legislation and company and contractual policies.
The standard hours of work are based on 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday. (8am-4pm).

You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that processing complies with the Amey policies
- Raising of Purchase orders and the subsequent maintenance.
- Query resolution: Investigate and resolve queries promptly and effectively
- Completion of administrative tasks including storing all documents centrally following the agreed process
- Work efficiently to meet SLAs
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Demonstrate teamwork and promote openness and inclusion within area of responsibility.
- Able to clearly communicate.
- Effective use of case management system.
We want to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in an administration role
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to deal with different stakeholders
- Ability to work towards deadlines and demonstrate good time management
- Experience in using Microsoft applications, ideally have used SAP previously
- Analytical skills
- Naturally motivated
