Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Sales Representative to join our team working directly with our Senior SaaS Sales Manager. You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and sales strategies and supporting the SaaS Sales department.

This role is ideal for a salesperson looking to further their career and enter the SaaS space. With a clear development path and training provided you will develop your skills and responsibilities to become a SaaS Sales Agent conducting demonstrations and managing your own sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Make prospecting calls to warm and cold leads
  • Assist in booking demonstrations for senior sales team members
  • Confirm attendance for scheduled demos to enhance sales efficiency
  • Follow up on new leads and handle general administrative tasks such as quotes and queries
  • Support other departments, including retentions, support, and marketing, as needed

Skills:

  • Previous experience as an SDR or prospector
  • Strong willingness to learn and upskill
  • Desire to become a SaaS sales expert

Development:

  • On-the-job training from Senior SaaS Sales Manager to become proficient in our UK leading software system
  • Opportunity to conduct sales demos within 6 to 12 months
  • Career progression to a Sales Agent role and beyond

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 + £5,000 OTE depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
