Content Administrator
Purecontent is a fast growing content marketing agency based in the heart of Norwich. We have an exciting job opportunity for a Content Administrator.
Being one of the leading content marketing agencies, we provide digital marketing, content creation and search engine optimisation services for many prestigious UK and international clients.
Applicants for this post will need to be motivated, hard-working individuals who can manage and deliver their assignments within the deadlines agreed. A high level of commitment to the business will be expected.
This important role demands an ability to manage multiple assignments and to be able to prioritise workloads according to client demands. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to work as part of a team and have the confidence to act on their initiative when appropriate.
Main Tasks:
· Write, produce or deliver content according to client deadlines, ensuring copy is high-quality, factually accurate and matches the brief.
· Work with freelance writers, editors and localisation experts to produce high volumes of written content.
· Help the wider team with their content needs, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in order to handle multiple deadlines/projects simultaneously.
· Utilise project management tools to organise workflow, produce content, track progress and communicate with the wider team.
· Assist with other tasks such as uploading content to WordPress.
Role Requirements:
· A good eye for content - including the ability to quickly rewrite, adapt and improve content - is essential.
· Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a content agency or digital marketing environment.
· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with other members of the team.
· Solid understanding of project management principles and experience using project management tools (desirable).
· Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress (desirable).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
· Excellent organiser.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Excellent time-keeping skills.
· Copywriting and editing skills are an advantage.
· Experience in tracking and recording progress and providing accurate and timely updates to management.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
· The applicant will have excellent written and spoken English, with a thorough working knowledge of grammar and punctuation.
· Education to A level or equivalent, with a minimum B Grade at English and Maths (or level 6) at GCSE.

Content Administrator
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £23,000 per annum, dependant on experience
- 8.30 - 17.00 Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid (Minimum of three days per week in our Norwich office)
