Job Responsibility:

We are looking for dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our growing team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure they have a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries- Make outbound calls to potential customers for sales opportunities- Utilise phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience- Up sell products or services to customers where appropriate- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently- Analyse customer needs to recommend the best solutions

Requirements:- Excellent phone etiquette skills- Experience in upselling products or services- Strong data entry skills- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively- Analytical mindset to understand customer requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £24,151.52 per year
