Two Circles is a vibrant, multi-award-winning and rapidly-expanding sports marketing agency. We work with some of the world's biggest sports organisations including the NFL, Premier League and UEFA.

We're looking for growth-oriented, dynamic and motivated new team members to help us build a once-in-a-lifetime sports business and reimagine the commercial frameworks of the global sports industry.

Every day, our team analyses billions of pieces of behavioural, attitudinal and purchase data from sports fans spanning the globe, using the latest machine-learning and data visualisation technology. We do this to give our clients the tools and insight required to build direct relationships with fans, grow engagement, and drive revenue across their eventday, sponsorship and media businesses.

We have a global team of just over 600 Two Circlers working from eight offices across the world (London, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Kansas City, Paris, Bern and Melbourne) who work cross-region to service our expanding international client base. See here for some examples of our work.

Requirements

Your main duties & responsibilities:

  • Monitoring our data management platform and associated data pipelines, working with Engineering colleagues to provide expert support as required
  • Supporting the onboarding of new clients into our Data Analytics and Management products including configuration of data ingestion, data mapping, opt-in tracking, customer matching, data export and client facing dashboards and analytics
  • Using Data Management hubs to configure and manage client environments, including implementing changes, testing and supporting the regular release of feature updates
  • Working across the DataOps & Engineering function to help input into feature specification and ideation to improve product and services offering
  • Providing client-facing Marketing and Consulting teams with accurate and informative reports on data quality, integrity of transformation procedures and timeliness of task sequences and schedules
  • Reconciling data throughout stages of collection, processing and presentation
  • Playing a role in our User Access Management process across Two Circlers and Client users
  • Protecting the data entrusted to us by our clients at all times

The ideal background and skills we are looking for include:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of data-intensive technology environments, or equivalent higher education qualification
  • Basic knowledge of at least one of the following data query languages; SQL or Python/Pyspark
  • Producing and maintaining good standards of documentation
  • Great self-starting attitude and keen to join an entrepreneurial organisation where every working day is different
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Problem solver - you have a curiosity and a willingness to learn new things
  • A team player who contributes to collective goals above personal gain
