About you:

To be part of this successful team you will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, be able to develop and maintain good internal and external working relationships, display a comprehensive understanding of “what matters” to our customers, clients, contractors, leaseholders and other stakeholders, and by making a positive contribution to the work of the whole Housing Team with a positive “Can Do” culture.

About the role:

Our Housing delivery programme has seen us set, and meet, ambitious targets, for community development, tenancy management, health and safety, compliance, whole house holistic repairs and maintenance services and planned works activities including delivering our own development programme to Passivhaus Standard, and through our place shaping approach we are building strong communities across the City. Our focus is on both new provision and substantial investment in our existing housing stock including a demanding target to retrofit properties and achieve a net zero carbon position. The Data Analyst Job Role will be a key part in understanding, guiding and developing our project plans.

Exeter is a dynamic and rapidly growing city, one of the most economically successful locations in the country. The Liveable Exeter Garden City project will deliver 12,000 new homes in the next 20 years in a green setting that supports the need for a sustainable and active city. Exeter is committed to becoming Net Zero Carbon by 2030. The City Council has ambitious plans to retrofit its housing stock to ultra-low energy standards, while ensuring all new developments have a net positive impact on biodiversity.
