The opportunity

As a Reward Analyst at Azets, you will be reporting into the UK Reward Manager and will support in the development of the rewards, pension and benefits across the UK business.

Day to day duties

• Be accountable for the collation of reward data and provide timely and credible data analysis and reporting support including; salary benchmarking, competitor and market analysis, remuneration reporting and analysis, analysis of employee engagement survey data and support on costed proposals for improvements to benefits.
• Support on operational elements of integration of acquired businesses to Azets benefits.
• Support with reward communications, reward queries, problem solving and other admin related activities.
• Own operational reward activities and support ad-hoc reward projects.
• Action any analysis in the wider HR team on an ad hoc basis.

• Ability to build relationships across the business.
• Advanced Microsoft excel skills.
• Reward knowledge is desirable.
