Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team. The Construction Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction projects, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the construction team.

Responsibilities:- Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and project schedules.- Assist in preparing project documentation and reports.- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and invoices.- Provide clerical support including phone etiquette and office organization.- Assist in computerizing construction processes for improved efficiency.
