Position Details

Salary: Basic £25K + competitive uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm or 9am-7pm, with bi-weekly Saturday shifts.

Location: Our office in Southwark. The role involves daily travel across London using public transport (no driving license required).

Your Role

  • Conduct Viewings: Guide prospective renters through properties across London, offering both individual and group tours.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to prospective renters before, during, and after viewings, helping them find their perfect home.
  • Showcase Properties: Highlight the unique features of our properties and local amenities, tailoring recommendations to each customer's lifestyle.
  • Office Activities: Handle phone and email inquiries, scheduling viewings during quieter periods.
  • Collaboration: Work with our Account Management and Operations teams to optimise property operations and contribute to marketing initiatives.
  • Culture Champion: Uphold and promote Home Made's values of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity.
