We are seeking a talented and motivated Accounts & Advisory Assistant Manager to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing a range of accounting and advisory services. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with substantial experience in a UK practice environment. Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, providing accounting and advisory services.
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
  • Providing insightful business and financial advice to clients.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of business strategies.

Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK practice environment.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
