DAC Beachcroft - Clients & Markets Administrator, Bristol

DAC Beachcroft is looking to appoint an Administrator to join our busy Clients and Markets marketing and business development team in Bristol. This is an entry level role, and would suit someone starting out in their career, or a recent graduate.

The Clients & Markets Administrator will provide general administrative support for the senior management team, working closely with the Deputy Director of Clients & Markets and Senior Manager (MODEI).

This is a Bristol-based hybrid working role, with the flexibility to come into the office 1-2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

You will undertake a range of tasks in this varied administrative role which is central to ensuring the smooth running of the department. Key aspects include:

  • Helping with departmental events and communications
  • Supporting administrative aspects of our digital and data projects
  • Managing the headshot photography and profile process
  • Supporting on document amendments and creating presentation slides.

This role is part of the MODEI (Marketing Operations, Digital Experience and Intelligence) team.
