Full time:Mon - Fri shifts between 8-6

Hybrid Working

12 months Fixed Term Contract

Starting salary £24,500 per annum

As Onboarding Administrator, you will support our customers in the beginning of their journey with us and help onboard them onto the relevant systems and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition. You'll be required to answer, facilitate and resolve all queries from internal and external customers (decision makers, group secretaries, intermediaries / brokers etc), providing a professional and dedicated service by telephone and email.

You'll need the ability to interpret client needs and develop and maintain a sound understanding of our customers and their requirements.

How you'll help us make health happen

  • Make important decisions within agreed parameters relating to workload priorities and make day to day decisions without upwards referral.
  • Proactively foster and develop excellent working relationships with our customers and intermediaries.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts throughout the business to facilitate solutions to issues or complaints received.
  • Propose client specific solutions based on their cross functional technical understanding of products and technical systems.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with group information, fully supporting quality initiatives in place
