Job Responsibility:
Full Time Position contracted 40 hours per week.
Borshch Electric is an award winning family run business established in 1982 with 3 stores in Birmingham, Erdington & Dudley, who specialise in selling new boxed and slightly marked freestanding and built in gas and electrical appliances direct to the public at great prices, the service we offer is something we pride ourselves on and testament to this is we are rated 4.9 on Trust pilot.
We currently have vacancies within our sales team for experienced Sales Assistants for a full time position, working a 40 hours 5 day week including weekends in our Birmingham/Erdington store. The rate of pay is subject to experience. Previous sales experience is required.
As a Sales assistant at Borshch you will be the first point of contact that customers have with the Company. It is essential to create a good impression.
We use a computerised sales system which means you will need to be computer literate.
Some of your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Greeting customers who enter the shop, making them feel welcome without being pushy and offering a great customer experience by giving guidance and advice on product selection to find the correct goods and products they are looking for.
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Answering queries from customers via phone, internet or face to face.
- Ensuring all goods have a correct retail price.
- Keeping the store tidy and clean
- Be involved in stock control and replenishment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
