Job Responsibility:

• Job Title - Digital Assistant Merchandiser (Size)

• Location - Head Office Hollins Brook Way, Unsworth, Bury BL9 8RR

• Working rota - Mon-Fri

• Working hours - 8:30am- 5pm

What You'll Be Doing:

As part of the Digital Merchandising team with size?, this role is pivotal in ensuring that our product offerings are optimally positioned to meet customer demands and market trends.

The purpose of this job is to get product online, maintaining stock levels and helping the merchandiser.

• Using product trackers and intake calendars. Checking ideals, placement, descriptions, and photos are correct before approving.
• Analysing reports to understand good and poor performance.
• Working closely with core merchandising and buyers to get the best out of the stock and ranges that are getting back as a business.
• As well as with the wider digital marketing teams (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, ECRM) to ensure that all product related activity from keywords, ranking and links are appropriate.
• Merchandising the site using Fredhopper algorithms and manual modification for key products.
• Site walks throughout the day to raise any potential issues - broken links, incorrect product descriptions, placement, imagery and general housekeeping.
• Homepage checks after any content changes over all platforms to ensure everything is correct.
• Assist the Senior Merchandiser and Merchandiser with day to day jobs.
• Monitoring reserved stock levels daily.

What We're Looking For:

• Working with people
• Writing and Reporting
• Following Instructions and Procedures
• Ecommerce, merchandising and excel experience.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and work well in a team.
• Experience within a sports/fashion retailer is advantageous.
• Good grasp of trainer knowledge is an advantage.
