Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Workforce Wellbeing Service for an administrator. If you are looking for an administrator role where you are valued and want to be part of a team that supports people to look after their health and wellbeing, then this is the role for you!
The WWS values the contribution and hard work of all of our team, and we recognise the importance of administrative support and we know that we cannot function without you!
Our team supports and promotes health and wellbeing for staff within CWP and we are passionate about continually developing our service.
In this role you will utilise all of your expertise in providing a standard administration function which will ensure the smooth running of the Service, and in addition to this, and most importantly, you are the first 'face' or 'voice' someone wanting help sees or hears, and their experience of us, starts with you.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an experienced administrator who can fit into our busy team. You will work alongside a team of administrators and report into the Office Manager.
This administrative role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, between home and the WWS Chester Department; however, you may be required to travel to our other departments in Pensby and Macclesfield from time to time, depending on Service needs.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, flexible, and able to multitask in order to provide efficient administrative support to the Workforce Wellbeing Service team, which includes Occupational Health and Staff Support.
You will be responsible for all aspects of administrative service delivery, including the booking of appointments, typing reports and reception duties etc.
Working for our organisation
CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
Our aim is to help people to be the best they can be, adopting a compassionate, person-centred approach to everything we do. We were recently rated as Outstanding for Caring by the Care Quality Commission with a Good rating overall.
We offer a variety of roles at all levels, so whether you are just starting out in your career or looking to use your skills and experience in a new role, CWP is the right employer for you.
CWP are committed to making our recruitment practices as inclusive as possible for everyone. We are committed to promoting equality and diversity and developing a culture that values differences.
To support this, we offer up to three weeks induction, dependent on role, with our Prepare to Care programme for all new starters. This aims to give you all the knowledge and guidance to help you grow and flourish with CWP.
We welcome applications from people who have direct experience of accessing our services.
