Location: Heathrow Airport and Paddington, London

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time 40 hours. Shift Based (04:30-00:30)

Pay: £30, 822 plus target based commission

Our Sales and Service Ambassadors play a key part in helping make this the best airport transfer service in the world. As well as helping to make the journey to and from the world's most iconic airport second to none.

You‘ll be passionate about creating the best Heathrow Express experience for all our customers. As well as focusing on the customer experience, you'll also be proactive in encouraging new customers and up-selling existing products. As an Ambassador, you'll be key to the growth and success of our business. Essentially you will deliver a world-class, personalised customer experience to all customers using the connection.

Successful candidates will be required to work across two sites Heathrow and Paddington stations and onboard our trains.

• Generating sales for Heathrow Express
• Working on-board our trains providing customers with a personalised service
• Delivering our promotional, marketing and giveaway activities
• Providing accurate information and journey advice to customers
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are being followed
• Proactive in driving sales to new customer's as well as up-selling on existing products

• Experience working within a fast paced, customer facing environment
• Experience in selling and up-selling products, and be comfortable working to a realistic sales targets
• Be fluent in spoken English, but any other languages would also be helpful
• Ability to work shifts and start work at either Paddington or Heathrow
