Key Responsibilities:
- Family Meetings: Compassionately meet with families to discuss their needs and wishes, providing guidance and support throughout the funeral planning process.
- Transport: Coordinate and facilitate the respectful transportation of the deceased to and from various locations.
- Funeral Services: Deliver and oversee funeral services, ensuring they are conducted with the utmost dignity and respect.
- Accounts & Paperwork: Manage accounts and handle all necessary paperwork, including death certificates, permits, and other legal documents.
- Maintenance: Perform light maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities and equipment are in top condition.

Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in funeral services or a related field would be helpful but is by no means required as full training will be given and we are not you traditional funeral company.
- Compassion: A genuine desire to help others and provide exceptional care and support to grieving families.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with families and team members.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a home-based work environment with on-site responsibilities as required.
- Full, Clean driving licence: Driving is an essential part of the funeral business so we will require all candidates to have full and preferably clean driving licences.
