Key Responsibilities:

• Family Meetings: Compassionately meet with families to discuss their needs and wishes, providing guidance and support throughout the funeral planning process.
• Transport: Coordinate and facilitate the respectful transportation of the deceased to and from various locations.
• Funeral Services: Deliver and oversee funeral services, ensuring they are conducted with the utmost dignity and respect.
• Accounts & Paperwork: Manage accounts and handle all necessary paperwork, including death certificates, permits, and other legal documents.
• Maintenance: Perform light maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities and equipment are in top condition.

• Organizational Skills: Strong organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with families and team members.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a home-based work environment with on-site responsibilities as required.
• Full, Clean driving licence: Driving is an essential part of the funeral business so we will require all candidates to have full and preferably clean driving licences.
