Job Responsibility:

Job Title: TAKEAWAY RESTAURANT MANAGER

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Recruit new staff and help to train them.
  • Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment, and property
  • To ensure consistently high standards of restaurant presentation
  • Create employee schedules and assign duties.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings.
  • Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures.

Salary: £ 38, 700 to £ 39,000 Per Annum.

Skill/experience/qualifications:

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Ability to work on flexible shifts.
  • Maintaining safe working conditions.
  • Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained.
