Job Responsibility:

Salary:£50,000 - 60,000 per annum + Veolia Benefits (Car Allowance + Significant Bonus & Generous Pension Scheme)

Location: Cannock, Staffordshire or Kings Cross, London (expectations to travel to Veolia offices and sites when necessary)

What you'll be doing:

The purpose of this role is to strategically lead the business relationship and customer journey for major, high profile brand customers with whom the business has deemed there is significant contract expansion opportunities leading to the creation of a strategic partnership or potential for a strategic partnership.

  • Building a long term relationship in a changing world through the creation of collaborative opportunities that embed Veolia with the customer, driving shared value and profitability over the long term leading to an Integrated Tier 1 positioning with customers.
  • Create relationships with senior stakeholders within the existing strategic customer base (deemed by the business), so that Veolia can expand our portfolio of services and solutions with existing clients driving integrated ecological transformation.
  • Lead the development and relationship on a selection of existing strategic accounts to drive organic growth of services provided.
  • This is a customer-facing role with a good proportion of time spent in the field nurturing relations, winning work and promoting Veolia's services to existing clients.
  • Build and manage a healthy new business pipeline which will drive growth in key markets.

  • Ability to drive solutions from concept to delivery.
  • Demonstrable influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability and aptitude to develop / coach and mentor teams to drive performance.
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
  • High levels of industry knowledge and commercial acumen.
