Job Responsibility:

To support the Head of Financial Services / Financial Accounts Manager in providing high quality financial accounting across Financial Services. To undertake specific projects as defined by the Head of Financial Services / Financial Accounts Manager. To input data to and manipulate data within the computerised accounting system. To produce monthly financial reports for managers within strict financial timescales, together with supporting information. To analyse and investigate complex queries and provide advice and training to Department staff as required by the Head of Financial Services / Financial Accounts Manager. Analysis of debtor and creditor accounts. To support to the Trust's Treasury Management function,providing necessary support for the cashiers when required. Analysis of monthly VAT input/output and completion of VAT return for payment/reclaim of any monies due. Assist in the implementation of new or revised operating systems to contribute to the improvement of Financial Services Information Systems. ie. Oracle: MTD, Reconciliations.
