With the key purpose to develop and maintain the customer relationship whilst promoting and driving the business forward. Accountable for the whole supply chain, including supplier reputation and deliver on quality and service KPI's to maintain sales and promote growth. In this role you will be required on occasion to travel overseas to visit our growers across the world. Our perfect Account Technical Manager would have:

• Proven success in a Technical/procurement management role, able to achieve high levels of performance through a collaborative approach with others.
• Well-versed in making good business decisions at pace, sometimes with limited information.
• Ability to understand and interpret customer requirements from a technical and commercial perspective.
• Proven capability to set-up and manage projects/project teams.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Good negotiation skills, the ability to plan strategically.
• Attention to detail, delivering high quality work to deadlines under time pressure.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes to process data and construct professional PowerPoint presentations, MS Word documents and Excel spreadsheet for presenting in a professional and consistent format.
• Able to carry out detailed analysis and present recommendations in a way that is easily understood throughout the business.
• Looking to innovate, effect and respond to change.

Desirable:

• Experience of working in the fresh produce industry especially Avocados
• Fluent in a second language is advantageous but not essential

The hours you would work: Monday to Friday onsite in Paddock Wood, Kent. With occasional travel overseas. 8am - 5pm (40hrs per week) we would consider part time hours for this role, however Friday is an essential working day.
