Working closely with the Team Manager, you'll lead the dedicated team to enhance the delivery of the five "Every Child Matters" outcome. To qualify for this position, you need a social work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and experience in a leadership, supervisory, or mentoring role. You will have at least 3 years' experience of working in children and families' social care.
