Here's the exciting bit…a day includes

Role Purpose: Sitting within the brand team, you will support the wider team on incremental projects, including but not limited to, end to end production of The Big Deals Leaflet, brand collaborations and the annual supplier conference. As a member of the brand team, you will deliver a consistent customer message in line with the business strategy. Areas of responsibility and a typical day in this role include: The Big Deal Leaflet End to end management of The Big Deals Leaflet. Including briefing, commercial approvals, print and related areas (FSU, store comms) Successfully launch the leaflet on an evently basis in line with the agreed deadlines for E5, E6 & E7. Manage timings with ITG, commercial, and relevant internal stakeholders. Continue to find ways to improve the process for all stakeholders. Ensure the design of leaflet and related materials aligns with 1) The Superdrug brand and TOV 2) Features the key theme for the event (Black Friday, Christmas etc) 3) Shouts best in value for our customers. Work with key stakeholders (insights, finance, and store operations to monitor the impact of the leaflet from on store sales, and SKU data. Monitor foot traffic and sales impact to prove the worth of the leaflet. Working with your marketing manager you will ensure that the budget is tracked and managed in line with spend, while delivering the best ROI. Elevate the Big Deals Leaflet to discover how this can be activated outside of print (Web, social, CRM etc). Be the voice to the business of what else is happening in the industry, any latest trends, social media monitoring of key competitors. You will be part of a wider Brand Marketing team. Your role may also involve assisting your colleagues with other projects as per business need. Supplier Conference, Brand Collaborations & Incremental Projects Work with manager and event lead for the annual Supplier Conference event. Work with key internal and external stakeholders on our brand and agency immersion room. Working directly with internal stakeholders and our agencies on their ideas for their stand and how they will bring the theme to life. Lead on briefing, feedback and logistics from now until the event. Support team leads on other related tasks to make the conference a huge success, including but not limited to overnight set up of the event and support on the day of the event. Lead and support incremental brand collaborations, such as Superdrug's 60th Birthday, Sported, The Holiday shoot etc You will work with key brands and agencies to launch activations, campaigns and events in line with the project objectives. This job is a good fit for you if: Experience in project and or account management Experience in budget management Experience working in a fast-paced marketing and retail environment. A confident energetic approach Are Confident in presenting to the exec team, marketing & the wider business Excellent communication and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload. Able to work on own initiative. A problem Solver Are flexible and adaptable. What you'll need: Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a must You need to have some experience in project management. Previous experience working in marketing is a bonus but not required. A degree in marketing would be beneficial but not essential You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
