As the Finance Operations Team Leader at St. James Place, you will have the unique opportunity to lead a successful team in delivering financial operations for our clients. Based in Cirencester, SJP is a trusted name in the finance industry, known for our commitment to client financial wellbeing and responsible business choices.
In this role, you will coordinate the daily operations of the Treasury and Finance operations teams, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and accounting.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating the daily operations of the Treasury administrators and Accounts Payable & Expenses administrators
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing and accounting of payments and invoices
- Delivering bank reconciliations and MI reporting
- Leading and developing the team, providing guidance and support
Requirements for the role include detailed knowledge of standard Treasury or AP processes, understanding of relevant payment guidelines, and experience with financial systems such as Business World and Concur. AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience is also required.
