As Heathrow's Stakeholder Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible for leading on the implementation and cross team co-ordination of the campaigns outlined in our Policy and Public Affairs strategy.
The Stakeholder Campaigns Manager will have a keen understanding of the intersection of policy and public affairs and use that understanding to co-ordinate effective campaigns that further build on Heathrow's reputation. The Manager will be responsible for producing creative and engaging content that will be used for stakeholder engagement as well as for leading on the team's measurement and evaluation metrics.
- Working with the team to develop comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans for key strategic moments
- Co-ordinating the production of content and resources that support the ongoing engagement of the Policy and Public Affairs team
- Owning the team's measurement and evaluation metrics - providing quarterly reports to the Public Affairs and Policy team and senior leaders within CCC on team impact and progress towards the strategy and sentiment within key stakeholder groups
- Supporting the activation of both proactive and reactive communications strategies to build the reputation of Heathrow
- Working with Heathrow's communications agencies to lead on stakeholder campaigns
- Participating in Heathrow's on-call Incident Response Team and will work outside of normal office hours
- Representing Heathrow externally at meetings, roundtables and other events and building relationships with external stakeholders as and when required
- Ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively
- Knowledge of political dynamics and their impact on stakeholder engagement
- Skill in crafting engaging content for various stakeholders
- Strong team player with the ability to work cooperatively to develop successful campaigns
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Ability to foresee the needs for successful stakeholder engagement
- Willingness to update and share information with colleagues regularly
- Capacity to think outside the box and suggest innovative approaches
Readiness to assist and step in for colleagues when necessary
