Description The Technology Strategy & Strategic Partnerships job is responsible for managing in supporting the Head of Technology Strategy role in ensuring that HSBC Technology has a clearly articulated and well defined Technology Strategy that is aligned to the outcomes of the wider Business Strategy.
Responsibilities will include: This role will carry out some or all of the following activities: Drive the execution of transformation technology initiatives within the GCP team Support organisation design, location strategy, process optimisation and technology governance within the GCP team Actively manage budgetary requirements to support short to long-term business vision including headcount and travel Support workforce management activities including hiring, onboarding, offboarding etc Support Third Party Management and procurement activities within the GCP team Lead risk management activities within the GCP team in collaboration with Risk and Compliance colleagues
Requirements
Experience operating in highly regulated industry, e.g. Financial Services
Experience of work force management is essential including travel budgets, head counts and associated budget management
Knowledge of Archer systems LLC required
Experience working with third party management processes as part of vendor management Risk identification and management experience
This role is based in London and offers hybrid working
