Job Responsibility:
Salary: £19,620 (20 or under) up to £22,071 (21 and over)
Contract: 2-year fixed term contract, full-time
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: YPO Head Office, 41 Industrial Park, Wakefield, WF2 0XE

Are you highly organised and passionate about business? We are looking for a positive and motivated individual to start their career at YPO as a Business Administration Apprentice, providing support in a range of administration activities. You will take pride in being well organised with excellent attention to detail, inputting data and keeping records up to date, managing workloads effectively to meet deadlines. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to support your team, demonstrating your confident and professional manner when speaking to colleagues, customers and suppliers to deal with queries. Other tasks will vary depending on the team you are placed in, so teamwork skills and a positive attitude is a must, along with a commitment to study and work at the same time:
- Trading - Early Years team
As a successful candidate, it's essential you have 4 GCSE's or equivalent at Grade A* to D or 9 to 3, including English Language and Mathematics.
YPO Apprenticeships Your apprenticeship will include both nationally recognised qualifications and on-the-job training, as well as the opportunity to partake in our newly developed Apprenticeship Pathway - a programme of workshops designed to complement the experience you will gain through working with us. You will be working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard. Apprenticeships are available from age 16. Students awaiting exam results can still apply, please state predicted grades on your application form.
