Job Responsibility:
Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Secretary/Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and maintaining financial records for our business.
Responsibilities:- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently- Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries . Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:- Proficient in using computerised systems for data entry and bookkeeping- Skilled in using QuickBooks- Previous experience in motor trade a benefit but not essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Part time position, 2 - 3 days a week (hours to be negotiated depending on what is necessary) . Employed or self employed position is available.
