Location: Rotating across The Harley Street Clinic, Leaders in Oncology Care (LOC) and HCA at UCH

Part time, 18.75 per week

Monday - Friday, 09.00-12.30pm

Permanent

£28,506 - £30,089 per annum (pro rata) + excellent benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for a Credentialing Admin Assistant to join us on a part time basis. You will provide administrative support to the Credentialing Manager and Business Development Team.

What you'll do:

  • To provide general administration support for Practising Privileges and Compliance for The Harley Street Clinic, Leaders in Oncology Care and HCA at UCH
  • Maintenance of the Consultants/AHP compliance, taking responsibility for its accuracy and consistency whilst constantly improving the quality of information held
  • Ensure that any information about Consultants/AHPs is handled in line with HCA policies on confidentiality and in line with relevant data protection legislation
  • Work with staff across the organisation to create consistent standard procedural provider compliance documentation processes and policies
  • Work collaboratively with the site governance Team supporting CQC preparation and raising issues within Practising Privileges and Compliance
  • Facilitate requests from the Clinical Governance team with regards to all aspects of consultant information
  • Deal with telephone enquiries in a helpful manner to ensure queries are resolved or redirected (if applicable) efficiently
  • Undertake such other duties that are required to commensurate the role

What you'll bring:

  • Previous Admin experience within a similar role is essential
  • Experience of management and understanding of compliance monitoring
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate
