Our remit is wide ranging, covering all teams and departments within a business which compromises customer satisfaction, regulatory restrictions and KPIs, asset management, field operations, HR, Finance and much more. Main Relational Skills Required: The ability to develop strong relationships that enable trust and collaboration. Confidence and capability to handle conflict and dispute resolution with ease. Be able to frame discussions strategically and connect dots for business leaders that might not be obvious.
